IMSSG accounts are created and managed by the School. The app does not offer public account creation. Never send your password, session token or a one-time code in a deletion request.
Remove data from this device
- Open IMSSG and select More.
- Select Remove account from this device. This removes the saved session and account details from that device.
- Open Saved files to remove any learning files kept for offline use.
- Notification and camera permissions can be removed from Android Settings.
Request deletion or correction from IMSSG systems
Email admin@imssg.net with the subject IMSSG data request. Include the account holder's name, school identifier or username, whether you are the student, parent, guardian or staff member, and what you want corrected or deleted. Do not include a password.
The School will verify identity and authority before acting on a request. We will explain the outcome after review. Academic, attendance, safeguarding, finance, audit and other institutional records may need to be retained where required by school policy or law; data not subject to a valid retention requirement will be removed or de-identified where applicable.
